All sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds, except where required by law.

If your order is incorrect, missing an item, or has a quality issue, contact us at info@parlorkitchen.com within 24 hours of pickup with your order number and details. At Parlor Kitchen’s discretion, we may offer store credit toward another item or service. Store credit is not guaranteed.

Orders not collected during the stated pickup window are not eligible for a refund or store credit.
