Lantern Society Membership Terms & Conditions

Lantern Society is a recurring monthly membership offered by Parlor Kitchen for $10 per month, plus any applicable taxes. Membership begins upon successful payment and automatically renews each month until canceled. There is no minimum membership commitment.

By subscribing, members authorize Parlor Kitchen to charge their selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

Active Lantern Society members receive one complimentary waffle of their choice with the purchase of any qualifying entrée at each participating Parlor Kitchen popup.

• Members may choose any waffle available on the menu at that popup, including specialty and limited-time flavors.
• Members may redeem the benefit at as many participating popups as they attend each month. There is no monthly redemption limit.
• Redemption is limited to one complimentary waffle per member per popup day.
• A qualifying entrée must be purchased in the same transaction as the complimentary waffle.
• Qualifying entrées are items designated as entrées on the Parlor Kitchen menu. Sides, beverages, desserts, and other non-entrée items do not qualify.
• The benefit is available only to the active member and cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other promotional offers unless expressly authorized.
• All waffle selections are subject to availability.

Active Lantern Society members receive 10% off all catering services offered directly by Parlor Kitchen, including drop-off catering, buffets, private dinners, corporate catering, and other catered events.

• Members must maintain an active, paid membership for at least 30 consecutive days before booking a catering event to qualify.
• The discount must be requested before the catering agreement is finalized.
• Membership must remain active through the event date.
• The discount applies to Parlor Kitchen catering charges, including applicable food, service, setup, delivery, and equipment charges.
• Taxes and gratuities are excluded from the discount.
• The discount cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless expressly authorized.
• Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previously finalized catering agreements.

The initial membership payment is collected at enrollment. Subsequent payments are automatically charged monthly on the subscription's scheduled billing date.

Members authorize recurring charges until cancellation. If a payment fails, membership benefits may be suspended until payment is successfully completed.

Any changes to membership pricing will be communicated in advance, subject to applicable law.

Members may cancel their membership at any time through their online subscription account or by emailing info@parlorkitchen.com.

Cancellation stops future recurring charges and does not require a reason.

Members retain access to membership benefits through the end of their current paid billing period.

Membership payments are nonrefundable and are not prorated for unused membership time or benefits, except where required by applicable law.

Memberships are intended for individual use and are nontransferable.

Parlor Kitchen may require members to verify their identity and active membership status before receiving benefits.

Fraudulent activity, unauthorized sharing, or misuse of membership benefits may result in suspension or termination, subject to applicable law.

Lantern Society benefits are available at participating Parlor Kitchen popups during scheduled service hours.

Popup dates, locations, operating hours, menus, and product availability may vary.

Membership does not guarantee a minimum number of popup events per month. Unused benefits do not accumulate or carry over.

Parlor Kitchen may modify membership benefits, pricing, or program terms with reasonable advance notice and in accordance with applicable law.

Material changes will be communicated to affected members before taking effect.

Members may cancel before a notified change becomes effective.
