Yes! We offer a variety of dietary options depending on the menu. All our waffles are vegetarian and contain dairy. Our Ube, Corn Mochi, and Gryffindor waffles also contain coconut milk. Please contact us about specific allergies or dietary restrictions before ordering.

Lantern Society is our exclusive $10/month membership that rewards you for enjoying Parlor. Members receive a complimentary waffle with any qualifying entrée purchase at every popup, and 10% off catering after 30 consecutive days of active membership.

Simply purchase any qualifying entrée at a participating Parlor popup and verify your active membership. You'll receive one complimentary waffle of your choice from the available menu.

As often as you visit! Members can redeem one complimentary waffle per popup day with a qualifying entrée purchase. There is no monthly redemption limit.

Yes! Choose any available waffle, including our specialty and limited-time flavors, while supplies last.

After 30 consecutive days of active membership, you'll receive 10% off all Parlor catering services. The discount must be requested before finalizing your catering agreement, and your membership must remain active through the event date.

Absolutely. You can cancel anytime through your subscription account or by emailing info@parlorkitchen.com. Your benefits remain active through the end of your paid billing period.

We offer four experiences:

We recommend booking at least two weeks in advance. All bookings are subject to availability.

Our minimums depend on the service:

• Plated Private Dining: 2 guests
• Buffet Catering: 20 guests
• Waffle Party: No minimum
• Large Order Catering: 10 guests

Yes! While we're based in Central Florida, we offer catering nationwide. Additional travel expenses apply based on your event location.

Our catering experiences feature established menus and packages. However, we do offer custom waffle flavor development for an additional $400.

Yes. A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your catering reservation.

Final payment and your confirmed guest count are due two weeks before your event.

We provide the equipment necessary for our contracted food service. Additional disposable plates and utensils are available upon request for an additional fee.

Yes, for our staffed catering services. Setup arrangements for pickup and drop-off orders depend on the selected service.

Our Waffle Party is an interactive catering experience featuring unlimited, nationally award-winning cookie-stuffed waffles prepared fresh for your guests.

Yes! Guests can enjoy as many waffles as they'd like during the two-hour service period.

You can select one, two, or three flavors depending on your package.

Absolutely! We offer custom waffle flavor development for an additional $400.

Every Waffle Party includes two hours of unlimited waffles, on-site preparation and service, setup, kraft waffle boats, and utensils.

Yes! We can accommodate both indoor and outdoor events, provided the space has appropriate electrical access and meets our setup requirements.

The Butter Lantern™ is an edible candle made from premium butter infused with distinctive flavors. When lit, it melts into a warm, flavorful dipping butter for bread, steak, seafood, vegetables, and more.

The butter is completely edible! The wick and any non-food components should not be consumed.

Place the Butter Lantern on a heat-safe plate or shallow bowl, light the wick, and allow the butter to melt. Enjoy!

Each Butter Lantern serves approximately 5–7 guests, depending on how it's used.

Yes. Keep refrigerated until use. Butter Lanterns can also be frozen for longer storage.

Butter Lanterns are not currently available for shipping. Please contact us regarding local availability.

We work with restaurants, hotels, retailers, hospitality groups, and other businesses interested in carrying Parlor products.

Apply for a wholesale account through our website. Once approved, you'll receive access to our wholesale catalog and pricing.

Minimum orders are by business type: 25 units for retail shops, 50 units for restaurants. Each selected flavor requires at least 10 units.

Yes! Private-label opportunities are available for qualifying wholesale partnerships.

Yes! Online ordering is available for eligible offerings. Lantern Society members also receive exclusive popup pre-order access.

Active Lantern Society members can select available pickup windows when pre-ordering from participating popups.

Yes! Digital gift cards are available for purchase through our website.

Gift cards can be redeemed through participating Parlor checkout systems.
